A proposed class-action lawsuit accusing foreign exchange trading platform Currenex of having secret priority agreements with several liquidity providers faces several hurdles to success, say legal experts.
Currenex, its parent company State Street, Goldman Sachs, HC Technologies and several unnamed defendants were named as targets in an August 4 federal lawsuit that alleges antitrust violations
