BNY Mellon leads US custody banks’ assets increase

Total Auca stood at $94.4 trillion at end-September

The three largest US custody banks reported a $690 billion increase in assets under custody and administration (Auca) in the third quarter of the year, with BNY Mellon leading the charge. 

Total Auca stood at $94.4 trillion at end-September, up 0.8% quarter-on-quarter and 1.6% year-on-year.
