In 2015, companies across the financial sector will continue to feel pressure to address conduct issues – for good reason. Bad behaviour seems to be widespread and intractable. Even as banks were being fined hundreds of millions of pounds for their attempts to rig the Libor benchmark rate, their employees were continuing to try – largely unsuccessfully – to profit
