Wachovia lists Asian currency basket notes on Amex
Wachovia Corporation has issued principal protected notes linked to basket of Asian currencies, listed on the American Stock Exchange (Amex).
The basket of currencies includes the Japanese yen, the Chinese renminbi, the Singapore dollar, the Indonesian rupiah, the Philippine peso and the Indian rupee.
The notes are priced at $10.00 per unit with an initial offer size of 1,000,000 shares, and the maturity date is December 6, 2008. The Amex specialist unit is Wolverine Trading.
