Update: HK SFC publishes list of Lehman-related structured products / outstanding values of notes
The Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) of Hong Kong has published a list of all unlisted Lehman Brothers-related retail structured notes. The list offers data on the issuers, the issues, the issue dates and the maturity dates pertaining to notes offered to individual investors. Private placement products or offers to professional investors are not included.
The SFC also published outstanding values of all notes issued. Credit-linked notes issued by Constellation, Sparc and Victoria Peak that reference Lehman Brothers total HK$3,754,555,000 (US$480 million). The outstanding value of notes in which Lehman was the swap guarantor, including notes issued by Pacific International Finance (Minibond), Atlantic International Finance (fund-linked) and Pyxis Finance (equity-linked), totals HK$12,730,916,000.
