Calpine Corporation has announced the resignation of Ann B Curtis, vice-chairman, executive vice-president and corporate secretary, effective 27 January, 2006. During her 21-year career at Calpine, Curtis served in various senior management positions, most recently guiding the organisational and administrative functions of the company.
