EHYA elects vice-chair

The European High Yield Association has named Rachel Hatfield of law firm White & Case as its new vice-chair. She replaces Bryant Edwards of Latham & Watkins, who steps down after four years in the role

Craig Abouchar, current chair, will stay on for a further year.

At its board meeting on October 30, the EHYA also named its 38-member board of directors, including representatives from investment banks, investors, law firms, accounting firms and rating agencies.

The EHYA is an independent, self-funded affiliate of Sifma (Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association).
