DBRS appoints covered bond specialist

Toronto-based Dominion Bond Rating Service has hired Thierry Sessin-Caracci to lead its covered bond ratings initiative. Sessin-Caracci will work from DBRS’s Paris office as senior analyst in the European financial institutions group, reporting to Sam Theodore, managing director of the European financial institutions group.
