New head of covered bond trading for RBS

Royal Bank of Scotland has named Allen Rad as head of covered bond trading. He will be based in London and report to Jon Linton, head of euro delta trading, and Matt Carter, head of the frequent borrower group. Rad joins RBS from Dresdner Bank where he worked for 12 years in the covered bond trading team, most recently as head of covered bond, supranational and agency trading and covered bond
