Willis launches operational risk division as rules evolve

London -- Willis, the international insurance broking firm, launched an operational risk division at the end of January, according to executive director John Naish.

Naish says the firm recently hired Maureen McLean as an operational risk consultant for its financial institution clients. McLean’s background is in consulting on operational risk issues across a wide range of industries – experience which she is now applying to financial institutions.
