CIBC adopts Cicada's legal data system
TORONTO – CIBC World Markets, the wholesale banking arm of Toronto-based bank CIBC, has adopted Cicada's reference data management service to help comply with the bank's risk management and compliance obligations.
Cicada's solution will provide CIBC with a legal entity data sourcing and management solution, and includes client entity data records provided by legal entity data provider CounterpartyLink, supplemented by additional and customised fields provided by Cicada to suit CIBC World Markets' specific requirements.
