New CEO for AIG

AIG has appointed its chairman, Robert Willumstad, to be chief executive officer, where he will succeed Martin Sullivan who is leaving both the company and its board. Sullivan has worked for AIG for 35 years, becoming CEO in 2005, and then leading the company into a series of subprime based write downs. Willumstad's first task will be to lead the company through a strategic review
