EFET urges TSOs to offer more cross-border capacity
A recent paper by the European Federation of Energy Traders tackling transmission capacity and capacity availability maximisation has identified a few areas where transmission system operator (TSO) performance can be improved.
EFET emphasises that, for the benefit of the development of a single European wholesale market, TSOs should offer the maximum practicably attainable amount of cross border
