US Group Seeks Legal Change To Reduce Systemic Risk Of Derivatives

WASHINGTON, D.C.--The US President's Working Group on Financial Markets last week recommended several changes to the Commodities Exchange Act designed to reduce systemic risk in the over-the-counter derivatives markets.
