ING names new head of financial markets in Singapore

Rueber will be responsible for Singapore dollar fixed-income derivatives, money market and debt products. He was previously general manager of BHF-Bank, a wholly-owned unit of ING, in Singapore.

Rueber left BHF-Bank earlier this year and is now coming back, following the full integration of BHF-Bank into ING last month.

ING said the new appointment is in line with its Asian strategy to group activities in three centres: emerging markets and debt trading in Hong Kong; investment-grade debt and derivatives in Tokyo; and currencies and treasury markets in Singapore.
