JPM and MS offer US Treasury algos on Tradeweb
Dealer algos form part of broader execution strategy following acquisition of r8fin
JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley are the first dealers to offer their US Treasury execution algorithms on Tradeweb. The new service comes after Bloomberg began hosting four dealers’ US Treasury algos on its platform in February.
Bhas Nalabothula, head of US institutional rates at Tradeweb, says demand has come from both the buy side and sell side, with more dealers in talks to add algos to the platform
