Deutsche Börse introduces real-time information trading product
Deutsche Börse Market Data and Analytics has introduced a product that provides fundamental data for electricity trading and real-time data for the European power market.
The Energy Facts data service aims to increase market transparency by consolidating price-relevant information such as power plant utilisation and capacity, wind energy data, key meteorological indicators and complex energy reports.
"Energy Facts allows traders, analysts, risk and portfolio managers to do the primary functions of their job, like trading and analysing, instead of having to gather the information first - which is our job," says Mario Michael Schultz, senior project manager of
