Microbank Survey Finds Operations Risk


LONDON--The importance of straight-through-processing (STP) in controlling banks' operational risk has overtaken its appeal as a cost-cutting tool, according to a survey of 500 global banks. Released last month and conducted by software firm Microbank, the survey indicated high levels of understanding of operational risk among respondents.
