Singapore's DBS Launches Operational Risk Programme

The measurement and mitigation of operational risks presents some particular challenges to Asian banks. But Development Bank of Singapore (DBS), the island state's largest bank, is close to completing its ambitious operational risk management programme. It was unveiled by Rajan Raju, head of processing & services at DBS, at the AsiaRisk congress that took place in Hong Kong on 12--13 November.
