Citi hires Margolis from Goldman Sachs

Citi has hired Adam Margolis from Goldman Sachs to its foreign exchange sales team in London, according to market sources.

It has been speculated that Margolis is to replace Nick Downes, former head of FX sales to banks for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), based in London. If so, Margolis will most likely report to Bruno Widmer in Zurich, global head of FX bank sales, according to market sources.
