UBS ousts Citi from top spot in forex

UBS is the best bank in foreign exchange, according to a poll of nearly 1,000 voters conducted by RiskNews sister publication FX Week .

The Swiss bank knocked Citigroup off the top spot for the first time since the annual awards were launched in 1995.

And with Deutsche Bank second, Citigroup has been relegated to third place in the “best banks in foreign exchange” awards, which will be presented tomorrow in London.

UBS and Deutsche Bank also topped the poll for foreign exchange derivatives, with UBS ranking top for options and Deutsche topping the forwards category.
