GlobalCOAL settles legal dispute

Broker globalCOAL has settled a dispute with rival broker London Commodity Brokers (LCB). The dispute arose from breaches of globalCOAL's product licensing agreement (PLA) with LCB, who were electronically brokering proprietary globalCOAL products. The case also alleged non-payment of fees by LCB for voice brokering of the products.
