BLT Fish, chef Laurent Tourondel’s maritime-influenced foil for his popular BLT Steak, is two restaurants stacked on top of each other: one an elegant and fashionable New York seafood restaurant, and the other a clean-lined approximation of a New England clam shack. Both serve top-quality seafood, although in different styles and with very different feels.
