China regulator issues draft risk supervision indicators

The China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) is expected to introduce rules on the supervision of risk of futures companies for the first time. These rules, a draft of which was released for consultation in November, aim to establish a supervision system with a focus on net capital, say lawyers.
