Danmarks Nationalbank has taken the unusual step of publishing a booklet describing its principles and methodologies for portfolio and financial management. Denmark’s central bank is the first to publish a stand-alone book detailing its foreign exchange reserve management policies, and observers say the move could be part of a wider trend towards transparency among central banks.
