BarCap prices third Investec CLO
Barclays Capital has priced Investec Principal Finance’s third European CLO, Gresham Capital CLO III.
Based exclusively on European leveraged loans, the instrument will comprise at least 87.5% senior leveraged loans and a bucket of no more than 12.5% of second lien and mezzanine loans and CLOs.
