Actions speak louder than words
If the management teams of some of our leading companies were required to undergo a memory test, a few of them would come up very short indeed. That would at least explain how it is that some of them can consider an important area of company strategy, let’s say their M&A policy, offer specific guidance on the activity they consider appropriate in this area, and then act in a completely contradictory fashion.
