Whatever the next big thing in finance is, don’t expect it to come out of Bank of America’s data and innovation group (DIG). But the chances of it coming from somewhere else within the bank are rising. 

Innovation cannot be corralled, says Brice Rosenzweig, global head of the DIG. But it can be enabled.
