Santander Investment Signs Global Deal For Opics Treasury Application

SPAIN's Santander Investment, the investment products arm of the Santander Group, has signed a worldwide licensing deal with New York-based Frustum to use the vendor's Opics Microsoft Windows-based front-to-back office treasury and capital markets application.

Santander has purchased the rights to install a range of Opics modules, including those covering exchange-traded futures/options, FRAs, bonds/repos, settlements and nostro management.

Interest rate swaps are supported by Renaissance's Opus
