Isda gives trial recommendation to FpML
BERLIN -- The latest version of Financial products Mark-up Language (FpML) has received ‘trial recommendation’ status by its backers and will be ready for widespread deployment in the next few months.
FpML is an e-commerce standard supporting over-the-counter trading for financial derivatives that could potentially save the financial risk-management industry $1 billion a year in processing costs.
