Isda To Lobby Basle On Op Risk Charge

LONDON--The International Swaps and Derivatives Association (Isda) is preparing a new critique of the Basle Committee on Banking Supervision’s proposals for a capital charge on operational risks.

In September, Isda will try to plug what it sees as the gap in the Basle Committee’s thinking when it presents the preliminary findings of a project it has dubbed "An Operational Risk Framework", to the Basle Committee’s Risk Management Group (RMG) in Stockholm.
