Worries about the resilience of IT systems that arose during recent tests lie behind the most recent delay to day-ahead power market coupling across North West Europe (NWE), say the firms behind the flagship European Union project.

At the Florence Forum, a biannual meeting on European electricity regulation held during mid-November, attendees were told the go-live date for the long-delayed project
