CFTC may alter stance on physical gas deals

Sources say it is likely the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will alter its stance on the implementation of the Dodd-Frank Act, by reversing provisions that could see contracts for physical gas storage and transportation being treated as swaps.
