John McDonald and Josh Pickard’s restaurants have that certain hipness to them. Walk into one and you feel like you’re in the hot, new restaurant. The pair’s latest, Lure Fishbar, which opened in mid-September in the afterglow of Lever House’s success, is no exception. It has all the trappings of an It restaurant: newness, bold decor, and a prime corner spot (the former Canteen space, on Prince and Mercer Streets in Soho).
