1. In the July/August 2006 issue, on page C3, we attributed the following quote to Charles Feng of Deutsche Bank: "I guess some banks may minimise the risk by requiring the counterparty to post offshore collateral, but that really depends on the parties - that is, whether one party will be able to take offshore collateral and the other party has offshore collateral to offer." The comment in fact came from 'a banking source in Hong Kong'.
