Fewer than half of banks rate their GRC vendor as ‘good’

Fewer than half of banks participating in Risk.net’s 2025 Enterprise Risk Benchmarking study rate their governance, risk and compliance (GRC) technology providers as ‘good’. The same number, 44%, rate them as average; 13%, below average. None rate their tech provider as ‘excellent’, though none say ‘poor’, either.
