The 2009 Credit Awards took place in July at a packed mezzanine bar in the historic Royal Exchange building in the heart of the City of London. Guests from across the credit market were entertained by a string quartet and a magician, and plied with cooling prosecco on what was a sweltering summer’s evening, before the awards themselves, hosted this year by outgoing Credit editor Matthew Attwood.
