Lev Yatsemyrskyi is Director of Quantitative Technology at Qube Research & Technologies. His work and research focus on institutional financial infrastructure, operational resilience, data integrity, digital-asset market structure, and the governance of production AI systems.
Previously, he spent nearly six years at Nasdaq, where his work included institutional integrations for the Nasdaq Risk Platform and technology initiatives supporting real-time risk, market-data, and client-facing infrastructure. His experience spans financial-market connectivity, production systems, operational controls, and the design of resilient data-processing architectures for institutional environments.
Lev is the founder of Xentaura, a digital-asset research and benchmarking platform that provides the live implementation case examined in this study. His research interests include operational risk in financial-data infrastructure, benchmark methodology and governance, observability, and deterministic controls for high-consequence technology systems.
He is also a Forbes Technology Council contributor and has spoken on AI governance, financial infrastructure, and operational resilience at industry forums including QA Financial Forum and Corinium’s Chief AI Officer Summit. His work combines institutional financial-technology experience with applied research into measurable controls for reliability, transparency, and risk management in modern financial systems.
