Joseph Noss is senior director (financial sector) in the climate and resilience hub of WTW. He was previously a senior official at the Bank of England and served as a member of the secretariat to the Financial Stability Board, where he shepherded the FSB’s work on climate change, including production of the FSB Climate Roadmap published in July 2021. To reduce the number of climate risk scenarios, lawmakers need to start being more specific
