Joseph Noss

Joseph Noss is senior director (financial sector) in the climate and resilience hub of WTW. He was previously a senior official at the Bank of England and served as a member of the secretariat to the Financial Stability Board, where he shepherded the FSB’s work on climate change, including production of the FSB Climate Roadmap published in July 2021. The roadmap outlined climate regulatory pathways across banking, investment and insurance over the next five years.
