EC updates FSAP imposition tables
The EC has updated its tables on the transposition of the Financial Services Action Plan (FSAP), detailing the current state of play specific to each of the member countries. Greece and Luxembourg are currently the most behind in implementing the directives on the plan, with 30% of submissions yet to be received by the Commission.
The EC also updated the progress on the transposition of Lamfalussy directives. Luxembourg is the EC member state most far behind, with an 80% transposition deficit, but most member states are on target.
