Dow Jones indexes announces performance results

Dow Jones has released five-year performance results for four of its benchmark indexes. Between October 2001 and October 2006, the Dow Jones Wilshire 5000, the broad US stock market index, has posted a cumulative return of 30.86%. Over the same period the Dow Jones Wilshire Global Total Market Index gained 53.26% and the Dow Jones Wilshire US Oil & Gas Index was up 100.46%. The Dow Jones-AIG Energy Sub-index was up 37.09%.
