
Topio launches disaster recovery product
DISASTER RECOVERY
MENLO PARK, CALIFORNIA -- US data replication and disaster recovery provider Topio said in September it had launched SANSafe, a product based on patent-protected software and designed to provide consistent system-wide disaster recovery over long distances for heterogeneous storage area networks (SANs). SANSafe is generally available now for Windows 2000 and Solaris environments. Topio said it would add support for AIX, HP-UX and Linux during 2003.
SANSafe users include European business
