ABN Amro snaps up HVB’s Seeger

Seeger was head of credit derivatives trading at HypoVereinsbank, but will become one of the senior credit default swap flow traders at ABN Amro, Groes told RiskNews.

ABN Amro hired Matt Chauvel from General Re Securities as a credit derivatives trader in London last month.

“I hope to be able to announce further hires in due course,” Groes said.

Paul Underwood will take over as head of credit derivatives trading at HypoVereinsbank. Seeger is expected to start work at ABN Amro tomorrow.
