US G-Sibs’ non-bank assets surpass $6trn for first time

After plateauing for years, non-bank asset shares surged in 2024, led by Citi and JPM

Non-bank assets at US global systemically important banks (G-Sibs) surpassed $6 trillion for the first time in at least five years, marking a rapid acceleration after a long period of muted growth.
