SEC accuses China Voice founder of fraud


The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has obtained a preliminary injunction against multiple defendants, including David Allen, co-founder of telecommunications company China Voice in Florida, which trades in the over-the-counter markets and claims to offer telecommunications products and services in the US and China.
