Final Priips rules tipped for April 2017
Banks may push ahead with publishing key information documents before compliance date
A key regulatory technical standard (RTS) for the delayed packaged retail and insurance-based investment products (Priips) regulation is anticipated to be finalised by April 2017, delegates at the annual Structured Products Europe conference heard on November 17 in London.
