Energy market participants say they are still waiting for more detailed guidelines on how to fulfil their reporting obligations under the Regulation on Energy Market Integrity and Transparency (Remit) - despite the fact the European regulation on market abuse and insider trading came into effect in December.

The Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (Acer), which is in charge of overseeing Remit, published its guidelines in December on the obligation to publish inside information
