Anti-Money Launderers Updating Stance On Unhelpful

PARIS -- Leading industrialised nations will update their position in early February on countries they deem not to be co-operating with global efforts to fight money laundering.

The Paris-based Financial Action Task Force on Money Laundering (FATF), to which 29 industrialised countries belong, is meeting in Paris in early February to discuss the issues.

At the same time, FATF is expected to publish its latest review of the methods used to launder money -- the process whereby illegally-gained money
