Williams goes downstream at Shell

Mark Williams has been appointed as new head of downstream by the Royal Dutch Shell board. He will take over from Rob Routs who is retiring after 37 years. Williams will also be a member of the executive committee of Royal Dutch Shell and will be responsible for oil products, chemicals and oil sands business.
