Fitch bolsters US student loan ABS group
Fitch Ratings has hired two senior analysts for its US student loan ABS ratings group.
Gary Santo joins as a managing director from student loan company First Marblehead, where he has worked for 10 years, developing and managing the firm’s capital markets and investor relations groups.
Melvin Zhou joins as a director on the student loan ABS team. He previously worked at Citigroup where he was the director of financial analysis for the bank’s subsidiary student loan firm Student Loan Corporation.
